People often think and say that they don’t have musical bones. This is usually just a perception based on inaccurate or incomplete info.

A good teacher will help you regardless of your perception. However, do consider “We are what we think.”

thanks for the lesson but i really could not see your finger placements. Also you need to explain in more detail some of the musical jargon that you are using. Even if you explain it in another video it is still great help to explain it properly each time you use the word. Even just saying the “3rd” and the “10th” can zoom way over my head. Thanks for the video

    Hello

Thanks for your appreciation of this video.

I do explain and demonstrate. Take another look and listen. (Some subscribers say I talk too much and I know very well that we cannot please everybody all of the time.)

You probably should get a music theory book. They cost less than $10.

  • Hello

This lesson is useful for bass players who want to accompany guitar players with simple chords.

  • Online guitar lessons should teach you how to play the guitar, but they should also teach you how to read guitar music. If you are not taught how to read guitar tab and chord graphs, you will be very limited in terms of being able to progress as a guitarist. Understanding how to read guitar music and graphs will open many doors to you as a guitarist.
